When this happens we will try and resolve the situation, but if we can't, our FREE rent guarantee and legal cover will kick into play.
After 28 days if the whole rent is not paid, our insurance will pay this - they will also start legal proceedings to evict the tenant (if it looks as though they won't help pay the rent). We do all this for you. No other letting agent offers this stress-free package; we feel it's a no-brainer.
