Free HIP Offer The terms of the Offer are as follows:

Under special agreed terms Cooper Adams will provide a free basic HIP to cover the
compulsory elements stated within the legislation for sole agency / sole selling agency instructions from August 1 2007 for properties legally requiring a HIP. |

Eligibility for this Offer is contingent upon the return of our signed 2007 HIP Terms of Business. |
|
The Client agrees to the erection of a for sale board at the property throughout the marketing period, where legally permitted. |
|
The Client agrees to use Cooper Adams conveyancing for their property sale and any related purchase. |

This offer does not apply to our Residential Developments & Investments business. |

Please be advised that if you are selling a Leasehold property you may be charged by your Managing Agents for the supply of information that you will need to provide us with in order to arrange your HIP. |

This Offer is subject to availability. Cooper Adams reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice or recourse. |

Withdrawal fees to cover the HIP costs will apply if your property is not sold by Cooper Adams or if you change the basis upon which you instruct us. |

Cooper Adams standard Terms of Business apply to all instructions, a copy of which is available upon request. |

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. |

Except for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Cooper Adams, to the extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude all liability for any loss, damage, costs and expenses, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with any aspect of this Offer. |

In the event of any dispute regarding the conditions or eligibility requirements of the Offer then the decision of Cooper Adams shall be final. |
