With twenty years spent in estate agency Richard has gained immense property selling experience. The majority of this time has been spent working for a large corporate agency in West Sussex.

With an approachable manner and strong focus on customer care, he is highly regarded by Cooper Adams' clients. So much so that he is very often recommended to clients' family and friends.

Richard thoroughly enjoys living and working in and around East Preston, Rustington and Angmering.

Local estate agency is in Nicky's blood. Her father was a senior partner in a successful Sussex estate agent established in 1868.

Before joining Cooper Adams, Nicky worked for a Ferring estate agent and knows the area very well. Qualifications in Interior Design and Business Studies mean Nicky plays a central role in Cooper Adams' client support.

Nicky enjoys all keep fit activities and competes in triathlons for charity.

Returning to estate agency following a break to start a family, Wendy joined Cooper Adams and brought with her a wealth of industry experience.

Wendy started in estate agency in the 1980's with Brian Dodd’s in Worthing. Very soon she was running her own branch in Rustington.

With a natural warming personality and great people skills Wendy is a valuable addition to the Cooper Adams team.

Nicola provides the all important back office support at Cooper Adams. She deals with the essential administration and business support needed to maintain the quality the company provides it's clients.

Nicola is continually improving the client services area of the business and ensures all sellers and purchasers' expectations are always exceeded.
