East Preston based Cooper Adams is one of Britain's best estate agents and that's official. Cooper Adams won 3rd place in the 2008 Estate Agent of the Year Awards, sponsored by The Property Search Group (PSG) and supported by the Royal National Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The lavish ceremony which took place at the five star Marriott Hotel in Mayfair was attended by 400 of the UK’s top Estate and Letting agents. The results of the competition are determined by research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. Over 55,000 questionnaires were sent out to agents clients. |

There were 12 Regional Categories - Scotland, Wales, Greater London, East of England, East Midlands, North East England, North West England, Southern, South East England, South West England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber.

At the beginning of the year customers were asked to measure the estate agent's individual company performance using thirteen key service criteria. Once completed the questionnaire forms were returned by the agent's customers directly to the competition organisers where the results were collated and processed.
